From Doug Shepherd (MTW L’viv): Members of Congress have written to Pres. Biden, asking him to withdraw his request for $ 24B for Ukraine 🇺🇦.

If one of the undersigned is your congressman, call & write him explaining why letting 🇷🇺 win will make 🇺🇸 lose.

We must be United for #Ukraine️.
