From Doug Shepherd in L’viv: Despite the Russian disinformation campaign the EU stands with Ukraine. After a historic meeting of all 27 EU foreign ministers in Kyiv, Ukraine will receive €5 Billion. EU countries will train 40,000 soldiers, provide “special training” for fighter pilots and deepen ties between EU and Ukrainian defense companies.
