A faked video posted on Russian social media tried to suggest a military coup was being considered with a rift growing between Kyiv’s political and military leaders.

Recent reports, such as the Nov. 4 New York Times article, increasingly suggested that President Zelensky and his Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), Valery Zaluzhny were increasingly at loggerheads.
This followed the TIME article that was critical of the President, followed by Zaluzhny’s interview in the Economist which seemed to say the war wasn’t going well and it was Zelensky’s fault.
