11/18/2023 – Russian dictator Vladimir Putin may face a new war crime charge

From: Maia Mikhaluk in Kyiv (632nd day): Russian dictator Vladimir Putin may face a new war crime charge. Human rights experts claim that there is evidence that the Russian Federation is preparing to create a deliberate famine in Ukraine even before a full-scale invasion.

This is reported by The Independent.

According to experts, Russia was actively preparing to steal Ukraine’s grain reserves and create an artificial famine in Ukraine several months before Putin ordered the invasion.

In a report by the international human rights law firm Global Rights Compliance, the Russians deliberately targeted grain-rich areas and food production infrastructure at the start of the Russian invasion.

“Russia began seizing Ukrainian farms less than a week after the invasion, and at its peak was exporting 12,000 tons of grain daily from all occupied territories,” the article said.
Experts plan to provide the ISS with evidence that the Russians wanted to use hunger as a tool of war.
GRC partner Catriona Murdoch believes it is ” very likely” that the International Criminal Court in The Hague will be able to issue another arrest warrant for Putin.

” Russia not only took a multi-pronged approach, besieging the civilian population and destroying critical infrastructure, but also pre-planned the seizure and theft of Ukrainian agricultural products,” Murdoch said.

On March 17, the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for Russian dictator Vladimir Putin on suspicion of committing war crimes in connection with the deportation of Ukrainian children to the Russian Federation. According to the Ukrainian state platform Children of War, at least 19,546 children have been deported or forcibly relocated by the aggressor country Russia.

  1. What is all this leading up to?
Ephesians 1:9+10 “God has made known unto us the mystery of His will (in accord with His good pleasure which He hath purposed in Himself): That in the dispensation of the fulness of times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth”
That’s the purpose of all things.
Why did Ceaser make an oppressive decree that all the world should be taxed? “That in the fullness of time, God might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth.”
Why did king Herod kill all the Bethlehem boys 2 years old or younger? “That in the fullness of time, God might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth.”
God is Immanuel- “God with us” He knows all that happens, He brings all things to pass, He is not a spectator but a participent. Jesus, God in the flesh, lived, grew up, died, among us “The Word was made flesh and dwelt among us. We beheld His glory,” writes Jesus’ follower, John (John 1)

…November 21 is a Day of Dignity in Ukraine. We began to celebrate this day after the revolution of Dignity that started on this day 9 years ago.
..In the life of every country, as in the life of people, there may happen difficult periods. May the Lord bless all our countries and help us during trials to stand firmly on His Word with faith and hope.
