From: Kyiv Post – 🇭🇺Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán disagrees with the assertion that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine should be called a “war,” Bloomberg reported.
Orbán is convinced that it is a “military operation” — similar to how incursions within Russia are termed.
“There was no declaration of war between the two countries. When Russia declares war, then there will be war. We should be happy that there’s no declaration of war because then there would be a general mobilization in Russia. I don’t wish that on anyone,” he said.
