Commenting on the event, the Minister of Defense of Great Britain, Grant Shapps, noted: the attack on the assault ship Novocherkassk shows that it is a mistake to think that there is a stalemate in the war in Ukraine. “Over the past four months, 20% of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet has been destroyed,” he added.
