Tetiana Romaniuk is a paramedic with the Hospitallers Volunteer Medical Battalion. Tetiana treats and cares for the wounded and embroiders traditional Ukrainian patterns in her leisure time.
“I spent the whole summer in the war zone. While the Russian terrorists destroy our culture, I recreate a tiny part to pass on to my friends and family. I can do this while I wait with the crew in a dark basement for the shelling to stop. As soon as we get a call on the transmitter, I put everything in my backpack, and we leave asap to pick up the wounded,” wrote Tetiana on social media.
