From: Euromaiden Press – President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in the evening address on 19 February that the Russian army “is taking advantage of delays in aid to Ukraine, and these are very tangible.”
Zelenskyy thanked allies, that Ukraine is currently working with, and Ukrainian companies and partners that have already set up manufacturing weapons.
Zelenskyy also commented in his evening address on the blockade at the border with Poland: “This cannot be perceived as something normal or routine.”
“We need simple and understandable justice. Only 5% of our agricultural exports go through the Polish border. Near Kupiansk (Kharkiv Oblast – ed.) not far from the border with Russia where Russian artillery does not stop shelling, news from the border with Poland simply looks mocking. Joint rational solutions are needed to get out of this situation,” he said.
