From: Kyiv Post – Europe’s largest NATO military base is being constructed in Romania, as reported by Euronews.
Its cost will be 2.5 billion euros. The base will be the Mihail Kogălniceanu airbase near Constanta. The 2,800-hectare site will have runways, aircraft hangars, warehouses, and housing for military personnel and their families. The base is designed to accommodate 10,000 people.
