It’s been confirmed that Russian double strikes are part of their new strategy for eliminating our rescue workers and equipment. They launch missiles at civilian infrastructure, wait for the police, firefighters, volunteers, and journalists to arrive and start helping victims, and then they send the second wave of missiles. They did it in Kharkiv yesterday. They did it in Zaporizhzhia today. I don’t believe in such coincidences. It’s a deliberate and sickening cruelty.
