From: Ira Kapitonova (Day 786):
There the evildoers lie fallen;
they are thrust down, unable to rise.
Psalm 36:12
Today, in the early morning hours, before dawn, Russian missiles hit the city of Dnipro. The railroad station and buildings next to it, the places I’ve been through several dozens of times when we would come to visit my parents-in-law. According to the latest report, 8 people were killed.
Today, in the afternoon, Russian ballistic missiles hit a seaport object near Odesa. They damaged two terminals of a logistical chain supplying agricultural products to Asia and Africa.
Today, in the evening, Russian missiles hit an object of civil infrastructure in Sumy. According to the preliminary report, no one was hurt.
In all these reports of attacks and destruction that followed us from morning till night, it was easy to miss an incredible achievement of our defenders. For the first time, they managed to down two supersonic X-22 (Kh-22) missiles and the aircraft that launched them, a long-range strategic bomber Ту-22.
Another encouragement is that it looks like the legislation that enables the provision of military aid to Ukraine from the US will finally be passed. Let’s pray for everything to be done to God’s glory. And I also want to thank those who have been praying, calling the government officials, and advocating for Ukraine.
Oh, continue your steadfast love
to those who know you,
and your righteousness
to the upright of heart!
Psalm 36:10

Yes, praying! So horrible you must wait for American politics (I am an American) to for aid. Lord, hear our prayers.

“Hope fades
Into the world of night
Through shadows falling
Out of memory and time
Don’t say
We have come now to the end
White shores are calling
You and I will meet again
And you’ll be here in my arms
Just sleeping
Why do you weep?
What are these tears upon your face?
Soon you will see
All of your fears will pass away
Safe in my arms
You’re only sleeping
What can you see
On the horizon?
Why do the white gulls call?
Across the sea
A pale moon rises
The ships have come to carry you home
And all will turn
To silver glass
A light on the water
Grey ships pass
Into the West”
