From: Euromaiden Press — The tide is shifting for Ukraine’s allies in using Western weapons for strikes on Russian soil. Berlin is the latest capital to signal a change in its stance, but Belgium and Italy are opposed, and the USA is still hesitant, although it allowed limited strikes near Kharkiv.
