From: Kyiv Post —❗️Russia destroyed the energy generation in Kharkiv, said the mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, during the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Berlin.
“We understand that winter is ahead. Unfortunately, the enemy has destroyed all the generation facilities in Kharkiv. All thermal power plants have been ruined. We have no kilowatts of our own generation,” Terekhov explained.
According to him, the city needs assistance from financial partners and international organizations to ensure heating, electricity, and water supply.
