6/15/2914 — Putin is following the same path [as Hitler],” the Ukrainian president said.

The Global Peace Summit initiated by Ukraine is taking place in Switzerland on June 15-16th and will be attended by 100 delegations, including 57 heads of state and government from all regions of the world. The complete list of participants of the peace summit includs 92 representatives of world states and eight representatives of organizations.

It’s interesting to see what level of officials different countries send to the Summit. Our Western partners, for the most part, will be represented by the highest level – the list confirms the personal participation of French President Emmanuel Macron, Polish President Andrzej Duda, Japanese Cabinet Secretary General Eshimasa Hayashi, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Ruzzia was not invited, China will not be present at the meeting.

Who attends and doesn’t attend says a lot about those countries, but as for practical outcomes of the Summit Ukrainians’ expectations are not high. Putin has no regard for international laws. Would he care if the whole world says he is an international criminal? Maybe. But then there is China, North Korea, Iran, Hungary (and check the list of others who do not plan to attend).

On June 14, before the peace summit in Switzerland putin announced his “conditions” for ending the war against Ukraine. He fantasized that in order to end hostilities, Ukraine should “withdraw its troops” from the territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions within the administrative borders. He also demanded that Ukraine refuse to join NATO.
Broader demands for peace that Putin listed included Ukraine’s recognition of Crimea as part of Russia, keeping the country’s nonnuclear status, restricting its military force and all Western sanctions against Russia should be lifted.

So putin wants to take control of 4 regions of Ukraine that he even has no control of – he wants us to retreat from our land even further. He wants Ukraine to give up all means of protecting ourselves and he wants to restore ruzzian economy that is experiencing effects of Western sanctions. Ukraine will give up its land and people and putin will get some time to prepare for a bigger offensive on Ukraine and other European countries. Great plan, right?

Here is the response of Zelensky, President of Ukraine: “Regarding these messages, they are ultimatum. Putin’s actions indicate a new wave of Nazism — Russian Nazism. Zelensky noted that the head of the Kremlin regime demands that Ukraine “give up” already four regions, part of Ukrainian territories – both occupied and non-occupied, and repeats the messages of Adolf Hitler.

“He said – give me a part of Czechoslovakia and that will be the end of it. This is a historical lie. After that there was Poland – give me a part of Poland, then the occupation of the whole of Europe… This wave of insatiable Nazism… Such messages cannot be believed. Putin is following the same path [as Hitler],” the Ukrainian president said.
