6/20/2024 — Russia and North Korea…

From: Maia Mikhaluk in Kyiv (847th day)

On June 18, putin arrived in Pyongyang to meet with dictator Kim Jong Un, putin’s first visit to the North Korean capital since 2000. Putin’s international trips are infrequent these days since the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for his arrest. He is free, of course, to travel to countries that are ruled by dictatorships and that are disregarding international laws, much like ruzzia.

Not surprising the leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-un, said that the friendship between Moscow and Pyongyang is now “even closer than in Soviet times” and promised ruzzian dictator putin full support and solidarity in the war against Ukraine.

North Korea has already been supplying ruzzia with artillery shells for some time. Experts say that Korea could have already provided two million shells which is more than Western partners can provide to Ukraine.

The further agreements between ruzzia and North Korea can be dangerous not only for Ukraine. If ruzzia (for a price) takes control of areas of the military-industrial complex in North Korea, then this will be a really new stage of development for Korea. They will receive from ruzzia the amount of money they had never had before. New technology in the production of ammunition may also be provided. Missile technology, nuclear technology, and atomic technology, both peaceful and combat. Technologies for the construction of nuclear submarines, systems for launching cruise ballistic missiles from nuclear submarines can be transferred. And this will change the balance in the region.

As we keep saying from the start of the war, putin and ruzzia are dangerous for the whole world, not just to Ukraine. Ruzzia is not just after expanding its land by adding a few Ukrainian regions, which they have already thoroughly destroyed. Putin has much bigger ambitions. The sooner the world understands, the better.

Somehow, the recent gathering of representatives of 100 countries and international organizations at the Peace Summit in Switzerland seemed to have much less potential practical impact on the current situation than a meeting of two outlaws, dictators of two countries under heavy sanctions, and with inferior technologies. How is it even possible?!
