These rules are defined by the Geneva Conventions and protocols, which almost all countries have ratified. The use of sexual violence shows the inhuman cruelty of the Russian military.

The phenomenon of sexual violence in the conditions of war is one of the most painful for Ukraine because many victims do not even dare to contact law enforcement agencies with relevant statements.

Cases of minor pregnancies as a result of rape by the occupiers have already been recorded. The Russians themselves admit they commit these crimes with the desire to inflict the most significant possible injury on Ukrainians. Violence is a crime, and the perpetrator must be punished for it.
