Today, Russian terrorists hit Vilniansk in the Zaporizhzhia region. It looks like the strike fell in the downtown area. Any attacks outside of the frontline on a weekend would mean casualties among children, and the tragedy of Vilniansk proves that. Seven people (including 2 children) were killed, and over 30 people (including 8 children) were injured.
We do have gradations for how safe a certain place is, but the truth is that no place in the world is truly safe, especially as long as Russia and its allies feel like they can terrorize others.
