The U.S. continues to promote the Israeli like security model for Ukraine, which Dubenko deems non-viable for Ukraine. She also begs the question how to end the high-intensity combat for it to burgeon in principle before calling on new Europe — post-Soviet camp countries that border with Russia — to make it clear that Russia’s incursion into NATO is possible.
