From: Roman Sherameta – Hungary has simplified entry conditions for russians. They have included russian citizens in the so-called “national card” – a program that allows those wishing to work in Hungary for at least two years.
Meanwhile, other European countries, such as Norway and Finland, have banned or significantly restricted the entry of russians.
The problem is that now, because of Hungary, russians will be able to move freely to other EU countries, including those who banned their entry.
First of all, this is plainly inhumane towards Ukrainians who after fleeing the war end up being killed by russians in Europe. To remind you, three months ago a russian male murdered two Ukrainians in Germany. Before, a russian couple killed a Ukrainian mother to kidnap her baby. Before, two Ukrainian teenager were stabbed in Germany out of anti-Ukrainian hate.
Second, having russians freely traveling Europe is an obvious security risk. The number of sabotage attempts on the European infostructure has increased exponentially in the past two years:
- fire in Ikea in Vilnius in Lithuania
- fire in east London
- sabotage attempt in Bavaria in Germany
- fire attack in Prague
- fire in a metal factory in Berlin
- series of railway derailments in Sweden
- attempt to destroy the signaling systems on Czech railways
- attack on the interior minister’s car in Estonia
etc.
This will get even worse.
