Since the beginning of the Russian full-scale invasion, Ukrainian fighters have demonstrated their strength to the whole world. But at the same time, these defenders are paying a high price to protect Ukrainian borders. Mine-blast wounds, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and amputations are the most common injuries that send soldiers to RECOVERY rehabilitation centers. There are 12 centers spread around 9 regions of Ukraine, where already more than 13 000 patients have received rehabilitation care since 2022.
