From: New Voice of Ukraine 🇺🇦 All combat units of the Ukrainian army will introduce regular patronage services to support soldiers and their families starting from Oct. 1, Oleksandr Kutkov, head of the General Staff’s Central Department of Civil-Military Cooperation, told Suspilne.
Military commanders have supported the initiative to create and implement patronage services within the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the public broadcaster reports.
“Commanders have already begun to create these non-staff services in stages,” Kutkov said.
“Later, we found that many issues overlap with the regular civil-military cooperation units, as problems often arise due to lack of communication with public authorities, law enforcement agencies, and local governments.”
