At this speed, it will take russia about 100 years to occupy the Donetsk region. Not to mention millions of dead russians.
Meanwhile, in less than two weeks, Ukraine has captured more territory than russia during one year.
This brings me to my last point and a conclusion that russia is simply incapable to fight large wars, and more so to defend its vast territories.
