From: Ira Kapitonova in Kyiv (Day 907)
Oh, let the evil of the wicked come to an end,
and may you establish the righteous—
you who test the minds and hearts,
O righteous God!
Psalm 7:9
Even though life remains unpredictable, my husband pointed out that we slowly go back to planning ahead. In the first months of this full-scale stage of war, we could only plan on a day-to-day basis. That was the extent of it. Now, even though we are a bit apprehensive, we start planning and dreaming about something that’s months away. I know that this is a privilege that’s not to be taken for granted.
A photographer, Serhiy Korovainyi, shared his pictures taken close to the frontline. There was a picture of a field that no longer exists because of the enemy’s advances. It was a sobering comment. Yet let us hope in the Lord.
