President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has ordered the preparation of an internal plan to strengthen Ukraine, following a Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Staff meeting on Oct. 24, the head of state announced on Telegram.
“Alongside the Victory Plan, we need to work out all the necessary steps for Ukraine to ensure internal results for our state,” the president said.
The internal plan will cover areas such as the frontline, the defense-industrial complex, the economy, finance, the information sphere, ensuring justice, regional work, and other strategic sectors.
The organization of work on the plan to strengthen Ukraine will be overseen by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Oleksandr Lytvynenko, according to Zelenskyy.
The president also stated that he had heard reports on the formation of brigades and the construction of fortifications.
