Japan’s ambassador addresses the UN, saying that the world should not refer to Russia’s aggression against Ukraine as a “Ukrainian crisis” or “Ukrainian war”. He insist that the full scale invasion launched by Russia is a violation of the UN Charter.  He insists that the cease-fire talks, which mean that Ukraine will lose its territorial integrity, are unacceptable.
