From: Maia Mikhaluk in Kyiv (985th day) — 2024 is the biggest election year in human history. Half of the world’s population – some 3.7 billion people – have the opportunity to go to the polls in 72 countries. While in some countries, like Russia elections are a farce with predetermined outcome, in others it’s a chance for people to choose country’s manager they trust.
We are praying hard for elections in the United States. Americans have the choice of their next President, but the result will have consequences far beyond American borders.
We know God is in control. Eventually, in His plan, all will be good. But God gives humans freedom of choice, and a wrong choice can lead to painful consequences. So we pray that America will make the right choice for the sake of their future and ours.
