Ruzzia found a cheaper way (than missiles) to keep terrorizing Ukrainian cities and to sow the destruction of residential buildings and civilian infrastructure. Since the beginning of invasion, they used up their storage of missiles and now can only use what they are producing. Missile production is slow, unlike drones that are made in thousands.
Negotiating the cease-fire with ruzzia right now will not bring true peace, it result in giving ruzzia much-needed break to replenish their weapons and prepare for a stronger attack in just a few years.
