During her speech, Zarivna recounted the tragedy of the Bazylevych family that happened on Sept. 4, when Russia launched a missile attack on Lviv, killing sisters Daria, Yaryna, Emilia, and their mother, Yevhenia Bazylevych. While she spoke of this incident, Kashaev was seen smiling.
“The reaction of the Russian representative to a report about the death of a Ukrainian family caused by a Russian missile — a cynical smile. His indifference only reinforces the reality that terror is an integral part of the Kremlin policy,” the Strategic Communications Center wrote.
