Keith Kellogg, tasked by U.S. President Donald Trump to oversee Washington’s Ukraine and Russia policy, is expected to arrive in Kyiv shortly after Feb. 11, multiple Ukrainian and U.S. sources told NV on Feb. 3.
Kellogg will first meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
“Following his visit, Kellogg will head to Europe for talks and later participate in the Munich Security Conference,” according to a source.
There is information indicating that U.S. President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance are also expected to participate in the Munich Security Conference.
