The parable. Comes out somehow #President #USA Franklin Roosevelt to the press and says:
- I just had a very fruitful and long conversation with Germany’s Reichskanzler Hitler. We were talking about Poland. We both pondered about the Great History of our Nations. We have a great relationship with him. Despite the arrest warrant of the international court, I invited him to my house. We talked about the strength of our countries and what benefits we will once get when we work together.
Both he and I agree that the war in Poland should end as soon as possible. If it wasn’t for George Washington, this war would never have started at all. Hitler was simply forced. He long warned that his aggressions would not resist, but now hundreds of thousands of famous young people are dying on both sides. This has got to stop.
- Do you even consider Poland as a sovereign state? As a full participant in the negotiation process? – asks the president a journalist.
“Hmm, that’s a good question,” he replies. – I think the war should end as soon as possible. Poland should not have gotten involved in this conflict. And because we helped Poland with finances, we now want to get 500 thousand trillion tons of oil, gas and rare earth materials from it….
It was the year 1939… peace was so close… to a disaster !
p.s. On April 16, 1939, Roosevelt sent an open letter to ‘his majesty’ Hitler [see. screen of the letter), in which he asked for guarantees of non-attack on 31 countries, including Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania and others. Roosevelt hoped to prevent Nazi Germany’s aggression in Europe, and called for international disputes to be resolved with peaceful negotiations, not war.
