From: Bria Blessing — Thank you, Timothy Snyder, for the validation. I’ve had so many people, friends, try to lecture me on the evils of war. Friends who have never experienced war. Never lost people to war. Never been awakened in the middle of the night by sirens and explosions. Never stood at the graves of children murdered by evil. Never stood with children at the graves of their fathers, murdered by evil. I know war is bad. I know better than, hopefully, you ever will. But we did not choose war. War was forced upon us. Defending yourself and the ones you love from brutal evil should be supported. There is good and there is evil. Ukraine is the side of good in this war, and anyone who is not fully on Ukraine’s side should ask themselves why and question who you’re listening to.
