The New Voice of Ukraine spoke with Vera Serova, a volunteer lawyer with the California-based organization NovaUkraine. Vera aids NovaUkraine in its mission of ensuring Ukrainian refugees have full access to their legal rights in the United States. Vera helped us learn more about the rights and services available to Ukrainian refugees. We also spoke about how those rights can be protected as the Trump administration launches a broad attack against refugee status more generally, and against Ukrainians in particular.
