From: Roman Sheremeta — I am very disappointed by such a weak response from U.S. Ambassador Bridget Brink to the russian strike on Kryvyi Rih, which took lives of nine Ukrainian children.
Specifically, she wrote: “Horrified that tonight a ballistic missile struck near a playground and restaurant in Kryvyi Rih. More than 50 people injured and 16 killed, including 6 children. This is why the war must end.”
President Zelensky criticized Brink’s response, saying: “Such a powerful country, such a strong people — and such a weak response. Even the word ‘Russian’ is avoided when talking about the missile that killed children.”
I’ve personally met with Ambassador Brink several times. She has been very supportive of Ukraine. But it appears she had to take the knee and kiss the ring of the almighty Trump to keep her job. Very disappointing.
