Ukraine’s military intelligence agency has opened its first recruitment center in Kyiv, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) Kyrylo Budanov announced on April 11.
The new center will serve as a hub for screening candidates, conducting basic aptitude tests, and offering consultations about service in military intelligence, Budanov said.
“We’re looking for candidates who can adapt quickly, are ready to take risks, and work on the edge,” Budanov said. “Out of 100 people, on average, only one qualifies to serve in HUR.”
