4/29/2025 — putin keeps stringing Trump and his envoys along, playing them like amateurs…

From: Mariia Mykhaliyk (1160th day)

While putin once again announces a mockery of a ceasefire from May 8 to 10, ruzzia has officially laid out its so-called “peace conditions” — a list that demands Ukraine’s surrender of key elements of its sovereignty and asks the world to legitimize moscow’s territorial theft.

According to Foreign Minister lavrov, ruzzia’s “peace” terms include:
▪️ Official international recognition of Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia as ruzzian territories (even the parts they haven’t occupied).
▪️ Lifting Ukraine’s ban on direct negotiations with ruzzia.
▪️ Ukraine’s formal rejection of NATO membership and confirmation of permanent neutrality.
▪️ Full demilitarization and so-called “denazification” of Ukraine (yes, they are still pushing that absurd narrative).
▪️ Complete removal of all sanctions against ruzzia and the return of frozen ruzzian assets.
▪️ Repeal of Ukrainian laws protecting our language, culture, and religious freedom from ruzzian interference.

In other words:
Give up your land.
Give up your right to defend yourself.
Give up your alliances.
Give up your freedom.
Give up your identity.
And reward the aggressor.

This is not a peace offer.
This is a demand for Ukraine’s unconditional surrender. And anyone who calls this a “reasonable basis for negotiations” is not standing for peace — they are standing for ruzzian imperialism.
As for the so-called ceasefire, it serves no real humanitarian purpose. It’s just a PR move to draw attention to ruzzia’s May 9th “Victory Day,” which ruzzia treats as their private celebration, forgetting that WWII was a collective Allied effort, not a solo ruzzian victory.

And of course, we doubt the ceasefire will even be real. During the so-called Easter 30-hour ceasefire, ruzzian forces violated it over 2,000 times.

putin keeps stringing Trump and his envoys along, playing them like amateurs. He has no real interest in peace. His goal is simple: manipulate the situation until Ukraine is blamed for the “failure of negotiations.”

And sadly, in some ways, it’s already working. You keep hearing more and more voices saying, “Why won’t Ukraine just agree?” or “Why is Zelensky so difficult?” As if the issue is Ukraine’s stubbornness — not ruzzia’s demand for surrender, not ruzzia’s continued mass killings, not ruzzia’s open colonial ambitions.

This is the oldest trick in the book: the aggressor plays “reasonable” while setting impossible terms, and then cries foul when the victim refuses to kneel.
