From Europe, only Slovak PM Robert Fico and Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić are expected — and Vučić had to reroute through Azerbaijan after Latvia and Lithuania blocked his airspace.
Naturally, one loyal ally will be there: Xi Jinping is en route to Moscow.
