Russia will reach 1 million military casualties by the end of June — including killed, wounded, missing, and captured. 2. “Meat grinder” tactics: 53 Russian casualties per square kilometre gained in Ukraine. 3. Junior officers dead, replaced by poorly trained recruits; command structure is falling apart. 4. Wounded soldiers are forced back to fight, even on crutches, before recovery. 5. 180,000 convicts recruited, some women; pardoned if they survive. Nearly 200 murders committed by ex-prisoner veterans. 6. North Korean and Chinese troops reported to be fighting for Russia; thousands of North Koreans have died. 7. High salaries offered to entice volunteers — $2,000+ per month, huge for rural Russia. 8. Rural towns are depopulated — filled only with women, children, elderly. Those who return are injured or mentally scarred. 9. Russia’s demographic crisis deepens — birth rates are low, men have fled or died, future population is collapsing. 10. “Time of Heroes” programme promises political careers for veterans — but most get trauma, neglect, and silence
