From: United 24 media — 🇺🇦 Inside the “Face to Face” Medical Mission
In just one week, a dedicated team of Ukrainian and American surgeons performed life-changing facial reconstruction surgeries for wounded Ukrainian soldiers suffering from war-related injuries. This marks the fifth “Face to Face” medical mission since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, with nearly 150 patients treated, many of them injured while defending their country. The “Face to Face” humanitarian mission—organized in partnership with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Razom for Ukraine, and the medical platform INgenius—continues to provide transformative procedures for Ukrainian soldiers.
