From: Ira Kapitonova in Kyiv Day 1239
Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear to my cry;
hold not your peace at my tears!
For I am a sojourner with you,
a guest, like all my fathers.
Psalm 39:12
We’ve had the luxury of several quiet nights in Kyiv. The reason is simple – Keith Kellogg is spending this week in Kyiv. It speaks volumes about the value of life. Unfortunately, Mr. Kellogg will leave soon, and attacks will return. How do I know? Well, it is just Kyiv that’s got some rest this week. Swarms of drones attacked other regions at night. And today, russians bombed a downtown area of Dobropillia (Donetsk region) as people were returning home from work. They dropped a 500-kilogram (1,100 pounds) aerial bomb on a busy neighborhood. The latest news reports explosions in Dnipro.
How do we keep hope in these circumstances?
