
From: New Voice of Ukraine — Ukraine’s First Lady, Olena Zelenska, participated in official Independence Day events on Aug. 24. At Sophia Square, she attended a ceremony where President Volodymyr Zelensky presented honorary awards.
Olena Zelenska and Volodymyr Zelenskyy walked through an alley honoring fallen soldiers and, alongside Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, laid flowers at the Wall of Remembrance. The presidential couple also joined the traditional Prayer for Ukraine at Saint Sophia Cathedral.
The First Lady showcased an elegant look, wearing a custom total look by Ukrainian designer Lilia Litkovska. The suit, designed exclusively for Zelenska, symbolized true female strength, according to the brand’s representatives.
