In China, Chinese leader Xi Jinping was joined by Russia’s Vladimir Putin and North Korea’s Kim Jong Un as he spoke about the new world order. In France, the Coalition of the Willing gathered again alongside Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky to discuss a framework for security guarantees for post-war Ukraine though little progress has been made. Also, a prominent former politician was assassinated in Lviv, in a murder that authorities say has a “Russian trace.”
