Last night Ukrainian drones hit Russia’s largest oil refinery in Leningrad region. The Kirishi refinery, 800 km from Ukraine, is among Russia’s top 10, processing 21 million tons of crude annually into fuel and jet oil. In Perm region, the “Chemicals” plant — one of Russia’s biggest methanol producers — was also struck.
