The picture below shows the expected blackout schedule for our apartment building for tomorrow. It’s still better than in other parts of Ukraine. My friend’s family in Sumy had no power or water for 2 days and then had it for just a few hours before it was gone again. It’s our break week, so it’s a lot more manageable with relaxed, flexible schedules.
I keep thinking that November is almost halfway through, and it’s been nice so far, with no freezing weather yet. Lord willing, the rest of the winter months will also be mild. And the days will start getting longer in about 50 days. So it’s all manageable as long as we don’t lose ourselves.
