3/2/2022 Kyiv

From Pastor Ixxx – Dear Friends,  Once again I would like to thank you for your immense prayer support and your willingness to help otherwise. It is the 7th day of the aggression against Ukraine. Yesterday, Kyiv sustained a missile attack on a TV center downtown, and five civilian people were killed. Today we have been hearing a barrage of rocket attacks hitting the targets in the suburbs of Kyiv and that Kyiv is almost besieged now. I am amazed by the courage and heroism of our soldiers and the volunteers at the defense detachments. I want to ask you to pray for our soldiers and for the civilians who took arms to defend our country. Please pray for their safety. Also I would like you to pray for Russian soldiers. It is evident that they are misled, deceived and manipulated. I can’t imagine what they think and the extent of the brainwashing they received in order to participate in this war. Many of them will die infamously. Pray for their parents and wives who still can bring their children and husbands back home. Finally, I am very proud of our church members. They all stay active: some serve in the defense detachments, some volunteer at hospitals, many assist the refugees to find food and accommodation. Our church organized a hotline in order to coordinate evacuation from Kyiv for the ones that need it. Many reported about opportunities they had to share the Gospel and to pray with their non-believing friends. It is amazing how a trial binds the body of Christ together. Please keep our church in your prayers as well as the country of Ukraine. Yours in Christ, Ixxx xxxx Kyiv, Ukraine

Ps 60- “…You, God, have made the earth tremble; heal its breaches, for it shakes. You have given a banner to them that fear You…Give us help from trouble, for vain is the help of man. Through God we will do valiantly, for it is He Who treads down our enemies.”
