3/21/2022 – Belgorod Dnestrovsky

From Lxxx (Day 26) Dear brothers and sisters, Peace and grace be with you! Today a strange sound woke us up at 5.30. It was a sound of explosion and the land was shaking. We don’t know what it was. We will find out later today. Yesterday we had a good worship day. After the worship service people stayed in the church and talked to each other. It was so nice to be together, worship, sing and pray. Somebody said that our country today is like a big anthill, where everyone is busy. There are people who fight and there are those who provide a strong rear for them. Though we have a warning not to take photos and it’s forbidden to share photos and videos there are still some of those we can see online. We’ve seen a short video recently where we recognized a man that we know very well. ( I can’t tell his name) We knew him when he was a little boy and often came to our Cxxxx medical clinic where his mother worked. Watching the work of our clinic he decided to became a doctor. He is a surgeon now. In the video we can see how he is taking the bullet out of the knee of Russian captive soldier. It’s a good example of responding to evil with good. Russian captives are surprised to the attitude they receive here. One of them said that they treat us here in captivity better than we are treated at home. When the war ends we will share with you many photos and videos. Please, pray for our soldiers, for our doctors and volunteers. May God give us all strength. Pray for the end of this terrible war. In Christ, Lxxx

  2. Dear Lxxxx,
Thank you for the continued updates, I look for them every day!
It is so good to hear you had a wonderful time of worship to the Lord and good fellowship on Sunday.
Also, sure is a beautiful testimony about the doctor caring for the Russian soldier.
We pray for God to open the eyes of the Russian soldiers to the truth. This kind of mercy, I pray God will use in a big way.
Praying for the Lord to give you all strength and much peace during these very difficult times.
    Love, Jill

  3. Our Father in heaven,
    Deliver us from evil.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as in heaven.
Thine is the kingdom, power and glory.
