4/12/2022 – Pastor’s appeal for prayer on TableTalk

Ukrainian pastor and lecturer at ERSU, Valery Zadorozhnyy, gave his perspective on the Russian invasion in the March issue of TableTalk magazine. He emphasizes the need for daily prayers for the Ukrainian pastors that have stayed in Ukraine to care for their congregations. He highlights the need for prayer for both Ixxx and Sxxx in Kyiv. While the article was written a month ago, its call to prayer and examination of our roles as Christian is as relevant today as the war drags on in Ukraine.

Valery describes the state of the Ukrainian church as in “a state of prayer, full trust in the Lord, and a readiness to fight to the end.” The hearts of the people are unified, but a miracle is still needed. Read more from his update here:

  2. I saw that article in Table Talk. I’ve been reading it for decades. I’m praying for all in Ukraine and an end to the war.
