4/20/2022 – Belgorod Dnestrovsky

From Lxxx ( Day 56): Dear brothers and sisters, The first thought and prayer we have every morning is about the city of Mariupol and the people who are still alive there. Our soldiers who protect the city and many civil people are staying in the basements of a big plant Azovsteel. Russia uses heavy bombs weighing several tons to destroy the basements there. Our president told that if Russia doesn’t stop doing this, Ukraine will stop negotiation process that is going in Turkey and will choose the military way of solving the conflict, as the only possible way. We thank all the countries that help us with many different things in this war.

Yesterday we received more refugees in Belgorod and in Odessa. A man showed up in our clinic, he came alone from Kiev, we don’t know about his family because he didn’t answer the questions, he didn’t talk, he started crying. He was settled in his room, we brought him food and let him rest. May be we will talk today.

This is an Easter week, in our culture we celebrate Easter one week later than the western countries. There is a threat of bombing the churches when people go there. Our enemy is so vicious and evil that we don’t know what to expect. Please, pray for the protection for the Christians as they celebrate Easter.

Also pray for the people who left Ukraine, now during Easter time it’s especially hard for them to be away from their homes. I talked to one my friend, Oxxxx, yesterday who is in Germany with her sister and two little nieces. Though they are comfortable there and people around are nice and helpful, she misses home very much and wants to come back. Please, pray for our soldiers, their commanders and their spirit.

In Christ, Lxxx
