From Lxxx (Day 141): Dear brothers and sisters, It’s another sad day and we have already lived through many days like this. When you live in a war, people die every day, but it’s impossible to get used to it and accept it as a reality like we do with sirens. It’s hard when people die in the battle fields, and we think that this is how war should look like. But when people die in their houses, in the streets, in the parks……
You can’t get it out of your head. Everywhere you go, you look around and think “ it could happen here”. It seems that there are no forces to grieve any more, we are exhausted and have no emotions. But a big pain inside comes again and never stops.

Yesterday four rockets hit Vinnitsa, the city in the center of Ukraine. The city that all this time was as safe as our town and people lived peaceful life there. The rockets hit the center of the city – office buildings, residential buildings, people walking in the street, parking lots.
The experts explain that cruise missiles are very mean, their trajectory was directed to another city but at some point they changed their direction. That’s why it’s so hard to track and destroy them. That’s why people in some areas don’t have alarms before being bombed.

There is a photo of a little girl named Lisa. She was born with Down’s syndrome, she was going with her mother to speech therapist to have a class on improving her speech. Lisa died in the street and her mother died in the hospital later.
People died in the buildings, in the streets, in the cars.
I want to share the thoughts of one post on Facebook: “What is the purpose of this terror? This is not war, this is terror…. How can you defeat a terrorist? Just kill? How can you persuade a terrorist not to kill? No way. If he has already reached this stage, further negotiations are useless.
What if the country is a terrorist? With the consciousness of millions of citizens who are out of reality, living in a fictional world of fighting non-existent Nazism, turning into the Nazis themselves. Sending thousands of missiles to the cities to kill people.
After each alarm, you open the news, read with horror the information and imagine being there.
And with each victim, something inside turns to stone.”
Please, pray for our hearts not to become stones, please, pray for wounded people in hospitals, pray for those who lost their relatives and friends and pray for our soldiers.
“Let death seize upon them, and let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness is in their dwellings, and among them.” Psalms 55:15
In Christ,
Lxxx
P.S. The photo of Lisa and the photo of missile which is like those that hit Vinitsa yesterday

I hope the crimes against humanity are quickly ended and brought to justice. Lord help our world, and Lord come quickly. I will pray for your requests, such grief. I think I remember going to Venitsa, to a park. The beautiful purple angel is in heaven with Jesus and her Mamma, no more suffering.

Like light and day, goinf from Romanua, back to your home in Ukraine. 😭😭😭😭 such sorrow, devastation, which is pure evil, as there is no reason for it but greed, based on lies, lies, lies. How long Lord, how long?
Such a beautiful picture of Lisa. I looked up the town on maps, and it too is beautiful. I am so sorry for those who were lost, injured. Will pray. Also, can’t help but ask the Lord to help you to keep your hearts open, soft, as you go through this Job like experience, as you wrestle with why’s. Psalm 13. 💖
