From Lyuda (Day 194): Dear brothers and sisters, We had a good day in Odessa yesterday and stayed over night in our office. Today Sergey will put me on a bus and I will go to Romania to visit my daughter and my grandchildren. I am very excited to go to see them and to spend some time with them. I will travel through Moldova with a stop in Chisinau and will arrive to Brasov, Romania, tomorrow morning. So, I will not send a message tomorrow, my next letter will be on Thursday.
Yesterday was a good day and it was busy. We met together with our counselors and we were looking at the property on sale in Odessa thinking about the facility for the refugee center. Having in mind the certain families we work with we were thinking of good conditions for them and other families in similar situations. In addition to the rooms where people can stay we want to have rooms for group meetings and individual counseling, the kitchen to cook food and it would be good to have a yard.
We had a lot of meetings with different people and were looking at the some variants. Please, pray with us for God to show us the building He wants us to choose and for providing the money to buy it.
Then we discussed the results of the day sitting in a park café and sharing our thoughts. I must admit that we all feel better emotionally. Though we deal with so much trauma, we do well supporting each other. Probably because we understand what we are doing and why and have certain goals, it helps us to be OK.

Vika showed us the jewelry pieces she creates as a hobby and it helps her to be in a good mood. Roman does physical exercises, goes to the swimming pool. We shared some difficult things we deal with in our everyday life now.

We see that people around have more tendency to judge each other and sometimes it’s very hard to communicate with them because of this. We shared prayer requests and we know now how to pray for each other. We all need to separate time for rest and we all worry for our children and grandchildren, we want them to be safe and well emotionally.
We thank you for your prayers and support.

Dear Lyuda,
It is so good to be able to write your name!
Great to hear about your trip to Odessa, praying for the right building to house and take care of refugees.
Also, hope you have a safe trip to Romania to visit your daughter and grandchildren. May this be a time of rest and recovery for you, as well.
Love in Christ,
Jill
