From Doug Shepherd: No electricity in the city of Lviv at the moment. No traffic lights in the city (seems 70% are reported down). No heating in the city. BUT no Russians so we will make it through. The harder it gets the stronger the resolve. Pray for Ukraine and keep sending the arms.
